Fifth Grade Supply List

Please bring the following items to school in the fall:

• $1.00 for Emergency Supplies
• Highlighters
• 1" - 3 ringed Binder to store paper and folders  
• 3 Packages of loose-leaf (to be replenished throughout the year)
• 4 folders
• 6 copybooks (marble cover)
• soft sided pencil case
• Calculator, ruler, and protractor
• Pencils and pens - Black erasable pens are preferred
• Red pens or pencils
• 2 packs of Index cards  
• Crayons, Markers (thin & thick) or Colored pencils
• White glue or glue stick
• Scissors
• 3 boxes of tissues
• 3 rolls of paper towel

Art Supplies

These items (separate from above) must be placed in a 2 gallon zip-loc bag. Please write name or initials on all items and full name on the bag. Please check last year's returned art bag as some items may not have to be repurchased.

• 1 box of crayons (16 or 32 count)
• 1 pair of age appropriate scissors
• 2 glue sticks
• 1 bottle liquid glue (white is best)
• 1 tray of 8 count watercolors
• 2 pencils
• 1 White eraser
• 1 smock (old t-shirt labeled)
